Nestled in a serene landscape, we aim to provide an exceptional retreat experience with a blend of luxury and tranquility. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you observe the following policies:
Reservations
Booking: Reserve your stay via our website, or through an authorized travel agent. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to check-in.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Group Bookings: For reservations of more than 5 rooms, please contact our reservations team to ensure personalized service and arrangements.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 3:00 PM. Please present a valid photo ID and booking confirmation upon arrival.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Accommodation
Room Allocation: We endeavor to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee specific room assignments.
Housekeeping: Offered daily. Opt-in for our eco-friendly housekeeping options is available.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or Zafira Retreat property incurred during their stay.
Facilities and Services
Amenities: Enjoy complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, laundry services, work spaces, outdoor fitness, and a barbecue area . Each room offers tea and coffee-making facilities, bespoke toiletries, and an ironing board.
Conduct
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM ensure a tranquil environment for all guests.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Changes to Policies
Zafira Retreat reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time to ensure the highest quality of service and safety for our guests and staff. Your booking confirmation signifies acceptance of these terms.
CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation to secure your stay at Zafira-Retreat. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.

Cancellations made between 29 days and 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 13 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Modification Policy
Modifications to the reservation dates may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to approval by Zafira-Retreat. Any changes to the reservation may be subject to additional fees or rate adjustments.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, Zafira-Retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary. In such cases, guests will be provided with alternative accommodation options or offered a refund in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
